Return Policy
Due to the personal‑care nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any opened or used items. This policy ensures the safety, freshness, and integrity of every product we provide.
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any items back.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after approval.
Refunds cannot be issued for:
• Opened or used products
• Items damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling
• Custom or made‑to‑order formulations
• Items returned without prior authorization
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Your order number
• A photo of the issue
• A brief description of the problem
We will replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.

Shipping Policy
We ship within the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
We are not responsible for:
• Delays caused by the carrier
• Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”
• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
If an address error occurs, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before shipment.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order enters processing, it cannot be canceled.
